Shorts

Ever since this article came out in July I’ve been pushing the proverbial envelope by, on occasion, wearing dressy-ish shorts to work. If people are allowed to wear KHAKIS well then I should damn well be allowed to wear a classy looking short to work, AM I RIGHT? Anyway, today I wore shorts to work and I am pretty pleased with the outfit, plus I finally found an outfit that worked with these ankle boots from PLRG that Rahel gave me like a year ago. I am wearing them with opaque black tights and an oversized cardigan, and I can’t say I look all too casual, though my favorite security guard AND my coworker both mocked me [all in good fun, of course].

also, i’m totally down with the shorts and tights combo – i have found that finding the right shorts that look equal parts cute and not cheap is a strenuous task however.
where’d you find yours?
