Advice Please!

ok two things: i just purchased a new top at my local Mustard Seed which i like by LaRock (insert comments regarding the stupidity and wackness of LaRock below) but i like it and i just don’t know what to wear with it. it can be seen below.
1: can i wear it period? – as we all know I’m quite well endowed and with my ample bosom, I’m not sure if such a low v on a sweater is flattering because the sweater maybe falls open wider than intended.
2: what does one wear under it?

question number two to the blog should i finally buy this marc bag i have been coveting since the fall which is now on sale at barneys for $150. do i need it? i think i might. both nick (who is graciously editing my posts for content and coherence) and jessica (who is making fun of their initial lack of coherence) think i should invest in a bicycle with a basket instead. that way, i can finally ride around with my smelly bike courier boyfriend (though not as smelly as annies’ – ed)

Maybe your less-smelly bike courier boyfriend can BUILD YOU A BIKE like my smellier bike courier boyfriend did, HMMM?? That way, you can have your cake and eat it too!

I tink dat you should buy the bike. You will get more delight/use/fun memories from it.
I also tink that you can wear the sweater — but with a minimizing tank and/or dress.

Okay, so, clearly you bought the bike and not the bag – which was obviously the way to go.
As far as the top goes, how long is it? I feel like you can wear it over a number of things – like perhaps, I dunno, one of your 4830483 white shirts?
Bring it when you visit in a few weeks and we will do some further troubleshooting.
